What to order
Why go
San Pedro runs on tours and early alarms, and Blanco Deli Verde is where the coffee is taken seriously: real espresso drinks, a deli counter of salads and bakes, and a vegetarian lasagna that regulars order on sight. The room is small and bright, lunch is the main event, and the gluten-free shelf gives celiacs something better than fruit.
Prices run US$ 8–16 (≈ CLP 8,000–15,600) — above the comedor tier, below the dinner houses, and worth it for the coffee alone. Vegetarians get the most complete menu in town here; vegans should still cross-check the day's board or default to Todo Natural. For everything else edible in town, the full eats directory sorts the remaining rooms by style and budget.
Good to know
Payment: cards usually accepted; have cash as backup.
Crowds: lunch peak and the 16:00 coffee wave; afternoons are calm otherwise.
Gluten-free options rotate daily and sell out — ask early.
The kitchen closes earlier than the dinner houses; verify the last kitchen order on the day.
