What to order
Why go
Ask any guide in town where to eat on day one and this comes up: at 2,450 m many appetites shrink, and heavy parrilla plates fight back. Todo Natural does the opposite — fruit salads, smoothies, vegetable soups and vegan mains that go down easy. Pair it with our altitude guide: light meals and constant water genuinely help the first 48 hours.
The vegan and vegetarian coverage is the most reliable in town at this price — plates sit around US$ 4–10 (≈ CLP 4,000–10,000). If you want more of a café experience with coffee and gluten-free cakes, Blanco Deli Verde complements it; for a sit-down vegetarian dinner, Gingerlinge is the follow-up when it is open.
