The request form

1. Open a destination page that takes requests. Not every destination has one: the form appears only where a request can actually be answered.
2. Fill in four short fields. Your name, your email, and, if you want them, a phone number and a message. Only the name and the email are required.
3. The request is recorded and forwarded.It is written to our own system and the operator of that destination gets in touch with you. No cost, no commitment, and nothing to sign.

If your question is about the site, not about a trip

The same form works. Write "about the site" at the start of the message and say what you need: a correction to a page, a question about how we verify a figure, a request to delete your data, a report of a broken link. The site's team reads those messages and handles them here.

What the form stores and who can see it is written down in theprivacy page. Two things worth knowing before you write: the message is read by the operator of that destination as well as by us, so write "do not forward" if you would rather we kept it here; and the site does not publish an email address, because no mailbox is configured on it.

If you would rather call

The phone numbers of the operators, the shops, the hospital and the services around town are on thetraveler map, each one with its place on the map.

Two languages

The site publishes in English and in Spanish, and we read and answer in both. Write in whichever is easier for you.

What we cannot do

• We cannot book for you, change or cancel a booking, or refund a ticket.
• We cannot answer on behalf of an operator, a park or a shop.
• We cannot recover a message that was never sent: if the form shows an error, it was not saved.
